My name is Chris Brown. I started Georgia Home Inspection Services LLC along with my wife of 25+ years, Callie. We are originally from central Florida and moved to central Georgia in 2016. The Lord has blessed us with two awesome children, who both graduated from Mary Persons High School in Forsyth, Ga. Our son, Brock, is attending Kennesaw State University and our daughter, Loren, is attending Georgia Southern University.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY EXPERIENCE...
I worked 20 years in the electric utility industry. Over the years, my wife and I have built, bought and sold multiple homes. We have also done some work with home renovations. To fully prepare myself, I completed my home inspection certification through ICA (Inspection Certification Associates). After receiving certification from ICA, I went on to receive further education and received my residential and commercial certifications through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). This association requires its members to perform extensive continuing education courses annually to remain a member. I am also a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), which is the national organization for professionals practicing home inspection. ASHI is dedicated to the advancement of the home inspection industry, to the professional growth of its members, and to the education of consumers about home ownership and safety.

So, I ran with it, and said hi Chris this is Leticiea can you do a home inspection on Saturday. He said that he typically doesn't like to work the weekends, and I replied, me too. He laughed. He replied give me the address, and I gave him the address. I asked him for his history in doing home inspections and he informed me he has inspected 1000 plus homes. I shared my new home address, and he replied that he would be there Saturday morning at 8a.m. and I would have the report by noon. He really pulled through on a short notice on a call from a Friday to inspect on Saturday. The introduction was like at first was as if we were old friends, and we spoke in such manner as well. I really appreciated the introduction, and this is what made me have his company inspect my home. It's not often you have an inviting conversation that put your mind at ease with a huge investment as such.
