During our inspection, we use several specialized tools including drones, thermal imaging technology, moisture meters, electrical meters/testers, infrared temperatures, gas leak detectors and more.

TOOLS OF THE TRADE
We use some of the most advanced tools available for inspections including DJI Drones, FLIR thermal imaging cameras, GoPro Hero cameras, LED 1000+ lumen flashlights, Klein tools (Moisture meters, infrared temperature guns, voltage detectors, voltage testers, voltage meters, gas-leak detectors, humidity meters), CRM radon testing monitors, iPads, iPhones, Spectora reporting software and more.
DRONE INSPECTIONS
Our DJI drones take professional HD quality photos and videos to find possible defects on the roof coverings.
Our preferred roof inspection method is to walk the roof, because by walking the roof we can find potential “soft” spots. We do utilize drones as needed to inspect certain roofs that are significantly tall, steep or slick for safety.
INFRARED THERMAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY
Thermal imaging cameras used during a commercial inspection can help detect unseen issues or defects such as moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, poor or absent insulation, pest infestation, HVAC issues, electrical system overheating, and more.
INSPECTION SOFTWARE
Our inspection reporting software provides reports that are easy to read. Web-based and PDF versions are included, along with HD photos and videos, with automated summaries. These reports are accessible from any computer or device and emphasize what is important with a clean layout, easy navigation, and tools to make your life easier like the Repair/Credit Request Builder feature.
