Being a first-time homeowner, Chris was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about the house, how things work in the house, what builders should do to build the houses correctly, what the counties expect of builders and their products. Chris even gave recommendations of the type of contractors to contact for different types of problems with the house. Prior to the inspection, Chris rearranged his scheduled appointments to accommodate my appointment and suggested that I get an 11th-month inspection to make sure any problems found sold be repaired by the builder before the 1st year warranty expires.
